How to Connect Your Printer to
the Brother Mobile Connect App
Step-by-Step Guide to Establishing a new Network for Your Printer
○ Step 1: Tap on 'Add Machine'.
○ Step 2: Tap on ‘Connect your machine to Wi-Fi’.
○ Step 3: Tap on the blank field.
○ Step 4: Enter your product model number.
○ Step 5: Tap on ‘Confirm’ after completing the above steps.Instruction may differ with different models.
○ Step 6: Wait while the machine and the phone are being linked up. Tap on ‘Connect’.
○ Step 7: Tap on ‘Connect’.
○ Step 8: Ensure that the Wi-Fi network is the same one connected to your smartphone.
○ Step 9: Enter the Wi-Fi password.
○ Step 10: Wait while the Wi-Fi is being set up.
○ Step 11: You have completed the setup.
○ Step 12: Now you are able to use the printer via the Brother Mobile Connect app.
Check that your printer model is compatible with Mobile Connect
